How much does it cost to repair my TV, Printer, Projector?

Do you repair crack screens?

No we do not because cracked screen repairs normally outweighs the original price of the TV.

How long does the diagnostic review take ?

Every renovation project requires a lot of expenses. They include such bulks as materials and labor. Materials, in turns, include tile, mortar, grout, rough plumbing materials, paint and many other. If you need to  make a calculation of your future renovation project, please give us a call or email us, and our manager will help you with this issue.

How is renovation project initiated?

Renovation project can be initiated by the clients. If you need to reconstruct your old house, a room or a basement, you need to appeal to us, approve the project and budget and we’ll start working.

How long does it take for the parts to come in?

Most times the standard time is a week, however some parts may be on backorder.

Can you guys do a in house repair for my unit?

Depending on the make and model we do, however ONLY for commercial large format printers that are in our home repair range. Please reference our in home repair range page.

Can you pick up my item?

No, please find arrangements to have your item dropped off.

Your office is to far and I need my unit repaired, can I ship it in?

Yes, please review the proper shipping instructions listed here! In addition, you must send the printer in with the repair order form and a return shipping label. Remember, the diagnostic fee needs to be paid in full before the item is even looked at so please call the office to make sure your unit was received and they fee is paid in order for us to proceed.

Do I need to bring my wires and box in with my unit?

NO! we can’t stress this enough please do not bring any wires or  boxes in.

Why are your fees nonrefundable?

Please understand the Service Technician needs to disassemble the unit in order to find out what the problem is with the unit.  This process takes time which= labor. 

Can we get an estimate for the unit?

We do not give estimates over the phone.  You must bring your unit in and pay the diagnostic fee and then we will render the estimate.

These time frames are to long I need my unit fixed ASAP, do you do rush orders?

Yes and No. If we are in a high season we can not service you faster. We work on a first come first serve bases. If we are in a slow season the techs might be willing to rush the order for a small fee.

OMG, I just got my unit back and its still having problems?

I know this is hard to believe however, sometimes units do get damaged on their journey back home. So please make sure your transporting your unit properly back home. In addition, please read the repair instructions thoroughly on your invoice before checking your unit.

I unhappy with your service and would like to make a complaint with the supervisor?

If this is you we are sorry you feel this way and want to rectify the situation asap. Please go to the contact page and place your invoice # and the nature of the complaint and someone will contact you within 24 hours.

Appliance Repair Questions

What is the process if you’re my 3rd party assigned repair center?

Depending on your warranty company we have to follow their standard procedures. Mostly all warranty companies require us to go to the home and preform a diagnostic. 

What happens after the diagnostic?

Our office contacts the warty company to see if we need an approval.  If so this process takes at least a day.

When does my parts come in?

Typically, it takes 3-5 business days for your parts to arrive.  When they arrive, the tech will notify you.

Can I book an appointment now before my parts arrive?

No, we can only book an appointment when the parts have arrived.

I don’t have a warranty but needs service quick, what do I do?

Simple click on the booking page to book an appointment.  All non-warranty customers must make an appointment this way so your information in imported into our system.

I don’t like my service technician can I please have a different one?

Unfortunately, the answer to this question the answer is most of the time NO. Advance Solutions is a small company with a limited number of techs covering certain areas.  If you no longer want to work with your tech please call your warranty company and request to be re-assigned to a different repair center.
